Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. WHAT YOU’LLDO
Stewardsmaintaincleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, equipment, and serviceware, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards while supporting efficient kitchen operations.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Clean and sanitizechina, glassware, and silverware using dishwashing equipment;properly storeall items after washing
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas, including ovens, kettles, mixers, floors, walls, drains, and production spaces
Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper cleaning solutions and procedures
Manage stewarding carts, remove and dispose of trash, and clean walk-ins and refrigeration units
Safely handle, label, and store cleaning chemicals in compliance with safety standards and proper protective measures
