As part of our Stewarding team, you are the backbone of the kitchen. You ensure that every workspace is spotless, every piece of equipment is ready for action, and the flow of service is never interrupted. Without you, service simply does not run.

You take pride in creating an organised, safe, and efficient environment where chefs can focus on delivering exceptional dishes. From maintaining hygiene standards to managing equipment and supporting the wider kitchen team, your work keeps everything moving smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a hands-on, physical role. While there are briefings and team moments throughout the day, you will spend most of your shift on your feet, staying active and engaged. Energy and stamina are important, and we are committed to making reasonable adjustments wherever possible.
