Your Role in Our Story:

• Clean and maintain kitchen storage, preparation and cooking areas and equipment;
• Maintain proper sanitation of all dish washing and pot washing areas and equipment;
• Operate and maintain dish washing equipment properly to provide clean, sanitized china, glass and silver;
• Removal of all trash from kitchen areas, operation of garbage disposal and trash compactor;
• Maintain control over food and beverage china, glass, silver, cookware and service equipment inventories.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Steward is a plus, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A passion for cleanliness and supporting a high-functioning kitchen team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
