Sterilization Technician, All Star Smiles Orthodontics
Are you passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences and helping people achieve their dream smiles? All Star Smiles Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Sterilization Technician, to join our thriving practice.
This role does require working from our Amherst and Bedford, NH practice locations.

How You’ll Make an Impact
• Maintain a spotless, well-stocked clinic by sterilizing instruments, prepping trays, and ensuring treatment areas are clean and ready.
• Support chairside assistants by helping with photography, stocking supplies, and preparing materials for patient care.
• Manage sterilization systems—change ultrasonic and cold sterilization solutions, polish and oil instruments, and monitor equipment.
• Keep hygiene areas and bathrooms clean and organized, and coordinate laundry for towels, lab coats, and aprons.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth patient flow and a safe, welcoming environment for all.
The Teammate We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, parents, doctor, and other staff members.
• Effective verbal skills to communicate with patients and parents, doctor and staff.
