Program Start Date: Monday, November 9, 2026
Training Location: Newark Campus, with travel to the Wilmington Campus as needed
The starting rate for this training program is $17.67 per hour, with full-time benefits effective on your first day of employment. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will transition into a Sterile Processing Technician I role and receive a salary increase.

Positions may require rotating weekends and holidays. Team members may be assigned to either the Newark or Wilmington campus based on departmental needs.

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
