Job Description

He/she follows up the Health, Safety and Environment performance of the department he/she is responsible for and ensures the necessary improvements are made. In his /her department;

o He/she follows up the completion of the activities specified in the Health, Safety and

Environment Action Plan (PASS).

o He/she ensures that Root Cause Analysis related to incidents and near-misses are made

and follows up the implementation of actions determined accordingly.

o He/she ensures the participation of employees in Health, Safety and Environment

training programs.

He/she ensures that risk assessment activities are carried out and improvement actions are implemented.

o He/she ensures the provision of necessary equipment and controls to create a safe

working environment.

o He/she ensures compliance with legislation and standards related to Health, Safety and Environment.

o He/she shows leadership behaviour in Health, Safety and Environment.
