About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Sterile Forms Production Manager
The role's main accountabilities will be the following:

• Lead and oversee sterile manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with production plans, quality standards, and GMP requirements.
• Ensure that products are manufactured, packaged, and stored in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage, coach, and develop production teams, ensuring appropriate training and continuous performance improvement.
• Monitor production performance, analyze KPIs, and drive initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Planning, Engineering, Validation, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Ensure proper maintenance, qualification, and continuous readiness of production facilities and equipment.
• Participate in production planning activities and support the timely execution of manufacturing schedules.
• Review and approve production documentation, procedures, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support inspections, audits, and regulatory requirements while fostering a strong quality culture throughout the department.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or another relevant Life Sciences discipline. Master's degree will be considered an asset.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements and sterile manufacturing processes.
• Proven people management and leadership skills, including team development and performance management.
• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
