Job Description

Melaksanakan salah satu kegiatan dari list kegiatan persiapan dan proses produksi berikut yaitu mixing, filling atau melaksanakan kegiatan produksi seperti berikut yaitu washing, depyrogenation, external decontamination, coding flip off, terminal sterilization serta kegiatan pendukung produksi yaitu preparasi dan sterilisasi material dan peralatan proses, CIP-SIP Mixing tank, pencucian menggunakan GMP Washer, sanitasi class B-CRABS, Fogging, mesin inspeksi, dan line clearance berjalan sesuai prosedur yang berlaku sehingga menghasilkan hasil produksi yang sesuai dengan kualitas, kuantitas dan waktu yang telah ditetapkan.

  1. Memastikan semua persiapan proses produksi dan kemas telah dilakukan (meliputi kebersihan dan kesiapan ruangan, mesin, line, clearance, serta line integration mesin packaging)
  2. Melaksanakan proses produksi, termasuk di dalamnya, penggunaan dan pemeliharaan mesin / alat produksi, serta sarana sesuai dengan peruntukkan dan sesuai instruksi kerja yang digunakan, berdasarkan WO Routine, production plan, dan prosedur yang berlaku
  3. Menghentikan proses dan melaporkan setiap penyimpangan dan ketidakwajaran yang terjadi pada mesin, facility, dan selama proses kepada atasan langsung.
  1. Minimal SMA/ SMK Semua Jurusan
  2. Fresh graduate/Min. 1 (satu) tahun pengalaman sebagai Operator di bidang Industri Pabrik, diutamakan di Industri Farmasi.
