STEM Aspire Mentorship Program 2026/2027

STEM Aspire is an inclusive mentoring program designed to inspire, support, and empower students pursuing STEM-related degrees, including emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Networking, Business Information Systems, IT Management, and related disciplines.

Through mentorship, skills development and a supportive learning environment, STEM Aspire helps bridge the gap between academic studies and professional careers in technology. Participants are matched with Dell Technologies mentors who provide guidance, industry insights, and practical advice to help students build confidence and prepare for future career opportunities.

Over a 9-month mentoring journey, mentees benefit from:

• One-to-one mentoring with experienced Dell Technologies professionals
• Career development and professional skills workshops
• Networking opportunities with technology leaders and industry professionals
• AI-focused sessions designed to build AI awareness, fluency, and workplace readiness
• Access to a broader community of students, mentors, and STEM advocates
• A hybrid learning experience combining virtual and in-person engagement opportunities

STEM Aspire is delivered in partnership with universities and employee resource groups, creating an accessible and supportive environment where students can learn, grow, and develop the skills needed to succeed in an evolving technology landscape.

• Program Duration: 9 Months - Starting from Nov 2026
• Format: Hybrid (Virtual and In-Person Opportunities)
• Eligibility: Students currently enrolled in a STEM-related degree program.
