我们正在为一所澳门的学校招聘中学STEM &AI老师，到岗时间为2026年8月。

岗位职责

• 编程语言的实战深度（必备要求）：候选人必须精通 Python 的教学与应用。若候选人仅停留在教授中小学阶段的 Scratch、基础网页开发 (HTML) 或基础电脑文书处理，将无法胜任高中阶段的 AI 课程教学。
• 项目式学习与科创竞赛经验：候选人有带领学生实操「硬核」项目的经历。我们非常看重曾带队参加大型科技竞赛（例如：VEX 机器人、FRC 竞赛）的经验，或是曾引导学生利用机器学习 (Machine Learning) 独立完成科创专案的背景。
• 跨学科整合能力 (STEM 的 "S" 和 "M")：真正的 AI 教育需要坚实的数学与科学基础。能跳出纯软件编程，懂得将代码与「数学模型」、「物理传感器 (Sensors)」，以及「开源硬件 (如 Arduino)」结合起来进行跨学科教学的复合型人才。

We are currently recruiting a STEM & AI teacher for a school in Macau. The expected start date is August 2026.

Job Responsibilities

Practical depth of programming languages (essential requirement): Candidates must be proficient in the teaching and application of Python. If a candidate only teaches Scratch (for primary and secondary schools), basic web development (HTML), or basic computer document processing, they will not be able to teach AI courses at the high school level.

Project-based learning and science and technology competition experience: Candidates have experience leading students to carry out "hardcore" projects. We highly value the experience of leading a team to participate in large-scale technology competitions (such as VEX Robotics, FRC Competition), or the background of guiding students to independently complete science and technology projects using machine learning (Machine Learning).

Interdisciplinary integration ability (the "S" and "M" of STEM): True AI education requires a solid foundation in mathematics and science. Candidates who can go beyond pure software programming and understand how to combine code with "mathematical models", "physical sensors (Sensors)", and "open-source hardware (such as Arduino)" for interdisciplinary teaching.

Requirements

• 本科及以上相关专业
• 具有STEM &AI教学经验者优先
• 教师资格证
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利

Bachelor's degree or above in a related field

Those with experience in STEM & AI teaching are preferred

Teacher qualification certificate

Good communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English
