• Als stellvertretende Teamleitung ist dein Können beim durchdachten Organisieren und Planen des reibungslosen Tagesablaufs hinsichtlich des Warenmanagements gefragt.
• Während der Abwesenheit des Teamleiters übernimmst du die Mitarbeiterführung. In deiner Rolle sorgst du für den optimalen Ablauf im Verkauf, wozu auch das Sicherstellen von einsatzbereiten Kassen gehört.
• Darüber hinaus achtest du auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit und trägst außerdem zur professionellen Umsetzung der Visual Merchandising Richtlinien innerhalb des Stores bei.
• Außerdem wirst du selbst aktiv, wenn es ums Verkaufen geht – denn du weißt immer ganz genau, was sich deine Kunden wünschen.
• Einschlägige kaufmännische Ausbildung und gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge (Flächenkennzahlen z.B.)
• Erste Führungserfahrung im Textileinzelhandel sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Visual Merchandising
• Ein hohes Maß an Verständnis für ansprechende Flächengestaltung, Mode und Trends
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, sicheres Auftreten und klare Kundenorientierung
• Motivations- und Kommunikationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, sich und andere für neue Ideen zu begeistern
• Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld, vielleicht auch bald oder bereits sofort, in einem unserer neuen NEW CONCEPT STORES
