Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit als Stellv. Produktionsplaner/Schichtleiter Assistent (m/w/d)
Produktionsplanung Pasteure und Fruchtvorbereitung
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs unter Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Hygienevorgaben
Einarbeitung von Rework in die laufende Produktion nach den hierfür geltenden Regeln
Personalplanung (Schichtpläne)
Rückmeldung, Kontrolle und gegebenenfalls Korrekturbuchung der Prozessaufträge in SAP
Selbständiges Erstellen von Auswertungen und Statistiken
Anlauf- und Servicestelle für Produktionsmitarbeiter
Produktionskontrollen bzw. Kontrollen von wiederkehrenden Tätigkeiten
Produktionsetiketten drucken und sortieren und den Produktionsmitarbeitern bereitstellen
Einhaltung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- sowie Ordnungsstandards
Abgeschlossene technische oder lebensmitteltechnologische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, Meister, HTL)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb, idealterweise in der Lebensmittelproduktion
Sie besitzen Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb (wenn nötig)
Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie ihre klare und verbindliche Kommunikationsweise aus
EDV (MS Office, SAP)
