Play an active role in supporting the growth of ZEISS' Corporate Volunteering Initiative, "A Heart for Science". You will be responsible for the support of project preparation and implementation, driving individual projects forward within the company. Engage in creating relevant content and communicating "A Heart for Science" projects across internal and external ZEISS channels to enhance the visibility of the initiative. Monitor and update relevant websites, presentations, trainings, and guidelines to improve project workflows and internal communication. Compile an overview of the STEM network, potential partnerships for collaboration and support the visibility of the success of existing initiatives together with internal stakeholders and engage with the volunteer community.
You have a bachelor`s degree in media management, sustainability, marketing communication or similar and are looking for a dual master program as Steinbeis student
Proven project management skills, also in an international environment
Experienced with MS Office
Creating impact by working pragmatic, proactive and solution oriented
Managing internal and external stakeholders
Enjoy doing good for society within the activities of ZEISS
Fluent in English and German, written and verbal
(Bonus Points: Basic Skills in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator)
