What You'll Need:
- Prepare and steam food items according to company standards and recipes
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure food is cooked to the highest standards of quality and taste
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Support the kitchen team with various duties as needed
What You'll Need:
- Previous prep or steam cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
