  • Act as steam turbine specialist during erection, commissioning, and operation
  • Supervise and support ST installation, alignment, start-up, and commissioning on EPC projects
  • Review and validate technical/tender documentation related to ST systems
  • Support O&M teams and train personnel on ST operation and maintenance
  • Identify faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions on ST equipment
  • Coordinate with Engineering and drive improvements through lessons learned
  • Prepare technical reports, work plans, and contribute to project scheduling
  • Ensure HSE compliance and manage ST-related risks and deviations

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree with 10+ years’ hands-on experience in steam turbine installation, commissioning, and operation
  • Proven site experience with steam turbine erection and commissioning activities
  • Strong knowledge of steam turbine technologies, control systems, and thermal plant operation
  • Familiarity with major ST OEMs (e.g. Siemens, Skoda) and turbine types (condensing, back-pressure)
  • Expertise in DCS, PID (R&I), vibration analysis, and rotating equipment behavior
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability for ST systems
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Reliable, adaptable team player able to work independently and with suppliers
