Steam游戏海外市场经理上海互联网 / 电子 / 网游发行岗位职位描述1. 对销量与声量负责：制定并执行英语市场的整合营销方案，对该地区的Steam心愿单、首发销量及营销ROI负责；实时监控Steam后台、营销数据与海外玩家舆情，根据数据反馈快速调整策略。
2. KOL红人采买与生态构建：独立负责YouTube、Twitch、TikTok、X等平台PC游戏KOL的挖掘、建联、商务谈判、内容把控及效果追踪，有一定KOL资源沉淀；与垂直品类主播建立长期深度合作，搭建长效的内容创作者生态。
3. 媒体沟通与公关（PR）：负责海外主流游戏媒体（如IGN, PC Gamer等）的日常建联、评测码分发及公关稿件分发，跟进媒体评测，积极引导海外主流舆论。
4. 营销活动策划：针对游戏测试、Steam新品节、上线发售等关键节点，策划并落地KOL特供活动（如独家试玩、Twitch Drops等），产出符合欧美本土文化语境的宣发素材。
5. 跨部门协同：紧密对接内部研发与运营团队，及时反馈海外社区的玩家声音，共同推进游戏本地化与商店页营销的优化。职位要求1. 经验背景： 3年以上海外游戏市场营销或发行经验，有Steam PC游戏全球发行案例者优先。
2. 语言能力：英语可作为工作语言，具备优秀的跨文化沟通与商务谈判能力，熟悉欧美流行文化、网络梗及游戏术语。
3. 红人与媒体资源：拥有丰富的欧美游戏圈KOL/MCN一手资源，有知名海外游戏媒体/PR Agency直接合作经验者优先。
4. 玩家属性：自身为PC游戏硬核玩家，熟悉Steam生态机制及海外核心玩家社区（Reddit, Discord等）。
