While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Greeting guests with a smile and a pleasant disposition in a timely manner.

• Developing a thorough knowledge of all food items including plate specifications and garnishing.

• Developing a comprehensive knowledge of line stations and corresponding food execution for food pick up.
