Lead Regional Statutory Accounting ExcellenceWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Key Accounting to lead a regional accounting organization and ensure high-quality statutory accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and audit execution across multiple legal entities.In this role, you will lead a team of Key Accounting Managers and their teams, driving accounting excellence, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the region.

Statutory Accounting, Audit & Compliance

• Oversee statutory financial statements, annual accounts, disclosures, and regulatory filings across multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS requirements, and Group Accounting policies.
• Lead statutory audits and serve as the escalation point for complex accounting, audit, and compliance matters.
• Drive consistency and best practices in statutory accounting and reporting processes.

Leadership & Operational Excellence

• Lead and develop a team of Key Accounting Managers and their teams.
• Provide technical and professional guidance on complex accounting topics.
• Ensure high-quality month-end close and Group reporting across all entities within scope.
• Monitor quality, compliance, performance, and service delivery across the region.
• Own regional capacity planning and optimize resource allocation.

Transformation & Improvement

• Drive process standardization, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Lead process improvement projects and support finance transformation programs.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting governance frameworks.

What you need to succeed

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in statutory accounting, financial reporting, and audit management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Proven leadership experience in an international or shared services environment.
• Track record of managing multiple entities, countries, or complex accounting operations.
• Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities.
