Job Description

The Opportunity

Working as part of a team delivering statutory land acquisition and compulsory acquisition outcomes for major infrastructure projects, this role will see you supporting end to end statutory land transaction processes that enable critical transport projects across NSW. You will assist with compulsory acquisitions, land dedications, declarations, and classifications, while building capability across statutory approvals, documentation quality, and stakeholder engagement.

You will navigate and support statutory land transactions and approvals to enable timely, compliant land access outcomes in a complex legislative, regulatory, and delivery focused environment, balancing competing priorities and statutory timeframes.

About You

Your strong legislative knowledge, attention to detail and stakeholder engagement capability formed across property, land acquisition, legal, valuation or government regulatory environments will see you excel in coordinating documentation, preparing submissions, and managing statutory processes, overcoming sensitive landowner interactions and contributing to accurate, audit ready land transaction outcomes that support project delivery.

You’re recognised as professional, resilient, and accountable, skilled at communicating complex statutory matters clearly and respectfully, and experienced in working within regulated environments, applying legislation to practical scenarios, and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams to achieve quality, compliant outcomes.
