As a Statutory Accounting Manager (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliant, accurate, and transparent financial reporting across complex international operations. Working closely with business leaders, auditors, and global finance teams, you will drive continuous improvement, strengthen financial controls, and help deliver trusted insights that support strategic decision-making. This role is based on temporary contract of 24 months.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: €72,800 to €109,200
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
