• Room Status Management Constantly Check and update room status (E.G. Dirty, clean, inspected) in the computer system.
• Dispatch & Coordination Operate multi-line phones and two-way radios to dispatch housekeeping staff and assign rooms to Guest Room Attendants.
• Guest Request handling Receive, log, and follow up on guest requests (e.g. extra towels, cribs) to ensure completion.
• Reporting & Logistics Run housekeeping reports, prepare room assignment sheets, and handle lost and found items.
• Communication Liaison between housekeeping, front desk, and engineering departments.

Qualifications

• Must be able to tolerate warm temperatures and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS): Experience with software like Opera is frequently required.
• Communications & Organization Excellent phone etiquette, multitasking abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills Ability to operate radios, computers, and gaging systems.
