Symbos is looking for a Statistics Coordinator to support financial and operational reporting for a client team. You’ll work with billing, accounts receivable and operational data, making sure information is accurate, identifying trends and helping stakeholders understand what the numbers are telling them.

What you’ll be doing

• Gather billing, accounts receivable and operational data from multiple systems
• Check data for accuracy and completeness and investigate discrepancies
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Analyse trends, variances and performance metrics
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights
• Work with onshore teams on reporting requirements and clarifications
• Maintain reporting templates, trackers and supporting documentation
• Support ad hoc reporting, audits and reconciliations
• Identify opportunities to make reporting more accurate and efficient

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years’ experience in data reporting, finance operations or analytics
• Strong Microsoft Excel capability, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics or another business-related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines and SLAs

Great if you also have

• Exposure to AR, billing or operational reporting
• Experience within a shared services or BPO environment
