Statistical & Psychology Research Professional
Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH (2000 Allbrook Dr, Dayton, OH 45433)

Venesco, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Statistical & Psychology Research Professional to support human performance and behavioral science research initiatives at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This role supports the USAFSAM/FESP mission and requires expertise in statistical analysis, research methodology, and psychological science applied to operational environments.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of research study protocols, including:
    • Hypotheses
    • Methodologies
    • Data collection strategies
    • Statistical analysis plans
  • Conduct literature reviews and present findings to leadership and research teams
  • Perform advanced statistical analyses using descriptive and inferential methods
  • Advise on optimal statistical approaches for study design and data interpretation
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IRB protocols and confidentiality requirements
  • Prepare scientific and statistical reports to support:
    • Publications
    • Technical documentation
    • Presentations
  • Coordinate with USAFSAM/FESP and 711 HPW staff on research dissemination
  • Manage data lifecycle activities, including:
    • Data acquisition
    • Entry and maintenance
    • Storage and retrieval
  • Facilitate and participate in research meetings, including leading discussions as needed
  • Support project operations and assist in data collection efforts aligned with research objectives
  • Maintain clear communication across project teams while adhering to classification requirements
  • Travel, as needed, to support research presentations, consultations, and leadership engagements
  • Provide support to additional research initiatives as required
