About the role

We are currently seeking a Station Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Munich Airport station and act as a key liaison between the Regional Manager and the local Ground Service Provider. This role is focused on ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations, while maintaining high service standards and full compliance with company procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for holding regular coordination meetings with the Ground Service Provider, as well as establishing and maintaining effective local operational procedures tailored to the station’s specific requirements. What you will do

  • Liaise with all handler station supervisors to ensure clear understanding and fulfillment of personnel provision requirements
  • Ensure optimal information flow between the station and the respective Regional Manager, while proactively proposing improvements where needed
  • Take appropriate action on all communications addressed to the station, in line with the Regional Manager’s guidelines
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain reports, statistics, and documentation, and perform any additional administrative duties as required by the company or local operational conditions
  • Ensure that Ground Handling staff are adequately trained and compliant with company and regulatory standards
  • Conduct regular meetings with station handlers to discuss and resolve issues related to daily operations and performance

You fit, if you cover the following requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in oral and written English and German
  • Knowledge of Greek language will be considered as an asset
  • Minimum 2 consecutive years of professional experience at airline aviation or ground handling operations
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications

  • Applying problem-solving skills
