  • Maintain accurate reports, as-built markups, and equipment records

  • Work closely with customers and project teams to resolve site issues

  • Follow EHS, customer safety, and commissioning standards at all times

  • Support system handover to dynamic commissioning and provide after-sales or RTDS lab support where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience in commissioning, testing, or site installation of control systems

  • Knowledge of HVDC, substation automation, or power system control applications

  • Hands-on experience with IEC 61850 configuration, testing, and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with HMI, TFR, interlocks, and field interface testing

  • Understanding of CT/PT/CVT testing and analogue injection testing

  • Knowledge of industrial networking and system troubleshooting

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

  • A strong commitment to safe working practices

  • Comfortable with extensive travel and longer periods working on site, both in the UK and internationally.

Desirable

  • Experience in HVDC, FACTS, or substation control/protection projects

  • Exposure to RTDS lab testing or simulation activities

  • Previous site-based or customer-facing engineering experience
