The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Statewide Employment Recruitment Monitor. Under administrative direction, this position will manage the monitoring of statewide employee recruitment efforts for the DCFS Office of Employee Services (OES), with a focus on functions performed by contractual service providers. The position will monitor and review contractual human resources service providers to ensure contractors fulfill all contractual obligations in an effective, efficient manner and adhere to agreed-upon timelines. It will also collaborate with contractual public relations firms, as well as the Office of Communications, regarding the Department’s publicity efforts to promote employment opportunities. Additionally, the position will manage and review event costs and planning, including the coordination of the transport and storage of supplies and equipment at large events. This position provides a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented person with a focus on ensuring that Department recruitment efforts yield the greatest possible results.
