We are currently seeking an experienced State Managerto lead our Connect Hearing clinics in our Queensland West region. Reporting to the National Sales & Operations Manager and part of the Sales & Operations Leadership team, in this role you will be responsible for 12 clinics with a team of approximately 54 direct and indirect reports. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight and involves regular travel across Brisbane Metro, the Gold Coast, South Burnett, Southern Downs, and Toowoomba.
