The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated State Operations Manager to lead our Victorian operations.
Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for driving operational performance, client satisfaction, team development, and business growth within the state.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for building people and business success.
