With 50+ corporate restaurants and ambitious growth plans, this is one of the most significant operational leadership roles in Queensland's QSR landscape. As State Manager at Guzman y Gomez, you'll own the full picture - food, people, safety, and P&L - for a brand that doesn't do average.
We're looking for a people-first leader who knows that great food and great teams go hand in hand. Someone who leads from the front, builds culture through action, and holds themselves to the same standard they set for others. You'll coach and inspire a high-performing culinary and operations team, drive food excellence, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and set the foundation for continued growth across the state.
This is a field-first, autonomous role. You'll spend meaningful time in restaurants, and you'll know how to structure your own week to get the best out of your team and your state.
