Job Description

State Marketing Manager (NSW)

Lead the strategic brand repositioning and marketing evolution for our NSW Development business.

At Frasers Property Australia, we don’t just create buildings; we create belonging and places where people can thrive. We are known for delivering exceptional communities with integrity, innovation, and sustainability at the core.

The Opportunity

We are embarking on an exciting chapter of growth and brand evolution in New South Wales. As the State Marketing Manager (NSW), you will play a pivotal role in directing the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing initiatives across the state, with a core focus on strategically repositioning the Development NSW business and the Frasers brand in the market.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, NSW & VIC, you will act as a key commercial partner to the Development NSW and Sales leadership teams. In this role, you will lead a local marketing team to drive brand awareness, high-quality customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth, seamlessly translating national brand strategy into highly successful, localised campaigns.

What you’ll do

  • Direct the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, CRM, events, and PR) to drive lead generation and customer conversion.
  • Drive the strategic repositioning of the Development NSW business and the Frasers Brand to elevate our market share, reputation, and presence.
  • Optimize marketing spend and ROI by establishing a clear, data-driven performance framework, utilizing CRM metrics and digital marketing analytics.
  • Lead, mentor, and foster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable culture within your local state marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including Development, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience—to ensure strategic alignment across all campaigns.
  • Manage and brief external creative, PR, media buying, and marketing agencies to ensure high-quality delivery and consistent brand representation.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of dedicated marketing leadership experience, ideally within property development, retail, infrastructure, or a related commercial sector.
  • A proven track record of executing high-performing integrated marketing campaigns, managing substantial budgets, and delivering strong commercial ROI.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the executive presence to confidently present strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Technical comfort with MarTech & CRM systems, utilizing data to identify lead-funnel bottlenecks and optimize multi-channel performance.
  • A proactive, resilient, and collaborative approach, with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic property development environment.
