The role requires extensive general experience spanning 12 to 15 years within sales and distribution domains, preferably in the agricultural machinery or related sectors. Candidates should possess a proven track record of successfully managing large distributor networks, overseeing sales operations, and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
This wealth of experience ensures familiarity with the complexities of market development, revenue management, relationship building, and strategic dealer management, all critical to fulfilling the responsibilities associated with this position. Hands-on involvement in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing cash flow schemes, and implementing sales promotion activities is essential.
Experience in conducting detailed market analyses, forecasting demand accurately, and liaising with multiple stakeholders will underpin your ability to deliver sustained business outcomes. Furthermore, candidates with exposure to government-related sales and regulatory environments will have a distinct advantage in navigating this segment effectively.
The candidate must demonstrate critical experience in managing distributor channels with a strategic orientation towards business growth and sustainability.
