We’re looking for people who:
As a remote-based State & Local Government Account Specialist at Pitney Bowes, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and supporting client needs promptly and with the highest level of accuracy. As a member of our government team, you will be responsible for managing the AR receivables and account cleansing, streamlining support aligned with growth initiatives (e.g., automation, digital acceleration, and self-serve), and building strong rapport with some of our largest State & Local government agency clients while partnering internally with Sales and other internal stakeholders to address all client needs. You will be responsible for handling sensitive financial data for our clients; therefore, a credit review is included in the background screening process.
A forward-thinking individual with a positive and professional client-first attitude who enjoys resolving complex issues and is eager to take on new challenges daily. You are passionate about resolving client concerns that directly result in the resolution of delinquent balances and continued client satisfaction. You are a professional who strives for innovation in a group setting, serving as a team player who is willing to offer solutions and provide assistance to others. You enjoy working collaboratively with Sales and other internal partners to ensure that we provide intentional and appropriate service for our most valuable clients at Pitney Bowes.
The wage for this position is $21/hour (may vary depending on location and skillset).
Remote (US) CST or EST
Availability to work from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm EST/7:00 am - 4:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday. (Specific schedule within those hours may vary or change as needed).
Appropriate work from home setting for being in a client-facing environment
