RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

General secretarial duties include the maintenance of case files; entry of case report data into STAC (internal case tracking database); logging of files; a variety of secretarial tasks, including but not limited to, uploading informations, requests for certified copies of convictions, word processing of correspondence, appointment letters and scanning. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior organizational skills, flexibility, and a willingness to perform additional duties as requested.

MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalency and one year of secretarial/clerical experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

DESIRED SKILLS

Strong STAC skills, Clerk database, Word and Excel experience are desirable. The ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is a must.
