The State Attorney's Office, 15th Judicial Circuit, is currently accepting applications for an OPS
INTAKE CLERK.
This is a Part-Time position at our Criminal Justice Complex satellite office working weekends and some holidays from 6:00 am – 2:00 pm. The pay rate is $15.00 per hour and does not include State benefits.
THIS IS AN AT WILL POSITION.

This position is responsible for opening cases and ensuring case files are prepared for the daily docket. Applicants should be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. An applicant must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and adapt to changing situations as well as exhibit a willingness to perform other tasks as assigned. The successful candidate will be ready to work as part of a team and also be capable of independent judgment.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Standard high school diploma or equivalency.
Additionally, applicant must possess a valid Florida driver’s license and demonstrate the ability to type and enter data accurately.
Physical Demands:This position requires normal pushing, lifting and moving of boxes and files.
Any offer of employment would be contingent upon a negative drug screen and must pass background records check and fingerprinting.
The successful candidate will be required to complete the Form I-9 and that information will be verified using the E-Verify system. E-Verify is operated by the Department of Homeland Security in partnership with the Social Security Administration to verify employment eligibility.
