A Snapshot of Your Day (STATCOM Bid Manager)
As a STATCOM Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful tendering and proposal execution for Siemens Energy's STATCOM EPC projects in the local market. You will be responsible for managing the complete bid lifecycle, ensuring the development of high-quality, competitive, and technically compliant proposals that meet customer expectations while supporting Siemens Energy's profitability and growth objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with sales, engineering, procurement, legal, commercial, and regional stakeholders to coordinate all activities required for successful bid preparation and submission. You will lead technical and commercial evaluations, define bid strategies, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure compliance with internal governance processes. We are looking for an experienced bid management professional with strong expertise in the transmission and energy industry, who can combine technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and project coordination skills to secure complex EPC opportunities and strengthen Siemens Energy's position in the energy transition market.
