Requirements

• 
  8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, AI/ML techniques, with the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.
• 
  Strong ability to think strategically and develop AI strategies that align with business objectives.
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• 
  Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to execute and lead projects.
• 
  Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven business growth.
• 
  Working knowledge of SQL and Python, and basic data exploration/prototyping.
• 
  3-4 years of experience within the Financial industry would be preferred.
