Your new job

As a Danish-speaking Customer Support Agent, you'll help customers get the most out of some of the world's most widely used digital products and services.

You'll be part of an international team where you'll speak Danish and English, solve problems, learn new things and build valuable experience with a global tech company.

Your day might include:

• Helping customers through phone, chat and email
• Solving questions and finding the right solutions
• Using CRM and support tools to keep track of customer cases
• Following clear processes and using an extensive knowledge base
• Working towards customer satisfaction and performance targets
• Sharing ideas and best practices with your team
• Taking part in training and continuously developing your skills

No tech background? No problem.

You don't need to be a tech expert to get started.

You'll receive fully paid training that gives you the product knowledge and tools you need for the role. What matters most is that you're curious, communicate well and enjoy helping people.
