As a Start-up Technician, you are the final link in the production process, the moment when technology comes to life. You inspect, test, adjust, analyse and perfect. Thanks to your craftsmanship, our machines leave in perfect condition for customers all over the world.
You analyse any malfunctions and enjoy solving them yourself;
You carry out technical inspections: you check electrical and hydraulic connections and verify that everything is working properly in terms of software using a checklist;
You report improvement proposals back to the team leaders and engineers in order to further optimise processes;
You check that all parts are correctly assembled;
You carry out all kinds of hands-on tests, such as brake and driving tests on the road.
In doing so, you always work with an eye for quality, accuracy and safety.
You have a technical bachelor's degree (Electromechanics, Automotive Technology or Agricultural Mechanisation) or at least 5 years of relevant technical experience.
You have a strong interest in electricity, hydraulics and mechanics. Basic knowledge of software is a plus;
You enjoy tinkering and your experience in this area has made you practical and problem-solving oriented;
You are a real team player who enjoys working with Assembly, R&D and other departments.
You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a basic knowledge of English.
An affinity for agriculture is a plus.
You are flexible, eager to learn and enthusiastic about evolving with new technologies.
