About the Role:

What will your key responsibilities be?

  • Contribute to food safety awareness initiatives and support survey execution
  • Evaluate employee data to pinpoint opportunities for improvement
  • Take part in on-site observations of hygiene practices and GMP compliance
  • Assist with food safety risk assessments and ensure follow-up on action items
  • Help develop training content and communication/awareness materials
  • Provide support for reporting, KPI monitoring, and presentation development

Who we are looking for:

  • Enthusiastic 3rd and 4th-year bachelor’s or master's students (Preferably from Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering)
  • Ready to join us for a part-time internship (minimum 3 days per week) for a period of 6 to 11 months
  • Candidates with a keen interest in the food industry, ready to blend their academic knowledge with practical experience
  • Excellent communicators with problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
  • Methodical thinkers who are committed, logical, and process-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of GMP and hygiene principles (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both English and Turkish (verbal and written) is a must
