As an OTG Starbucks Daily Operations Lead you will support the store manager in executing daily operations. Your role includes deploying crew members, delegating tasks, and ensuring prompt service, quality beverages, and a clean, safe, and comfortable store environment. To excel in this role, you should enjoy leading others, creating great guest experiences, and maintaining a well-stocked and orderly store.

In This Role, You Will:

Promote OTG's culture, values, and mission with integrity and knowledge.

Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume or unusual events and set a positive example.

Assist in training new crew members and provide positive reinforcement and coaching.

Deliver the OTG experience by prioritizing guest needs, connecting with them, and responding to their needs.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed.

Communicate product outages, equipment issues, or service problems to the manager immediately.

Execute store operations, organize opening and closing duties, and utilize operational tools for excellence.

Qualifications/Criteria:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Proficient in English.

Obtain ServSafe certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire.

Able to lift 35 pounds.

Able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.
