About the position

We are currently seeking Seasonal Customer Care Associates to work in various Wine World retail locations between November 2026 to April 2027. The position will report to the Store Manager and will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer service experience. We are seeking candidates with the personality and passion to succeed in this dynamic retail environment!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly and safe shopping experience
• Continuously maintain a clean and organised store appearance
• Assist customers with questions and product selections
• Maintain attractive product displays
• Maintain a clean and organised store floor and stockroom
• Receive inventory deliveries and repack store shelves

Requirements

• Experience in providing excellent in-person customer service
• Organised and efficient with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30lbs
• Ability to work weekends and special events
• Ability to work at multiple store locations
• Interest in wines & spirits
