Stansfeld Scott (Barbados) Ltd – Operations Assistants

About the position

We are currently seeking dynamic and energetic Operations Assistants to join our Warehouse Team! The role focusses on providing prompt delivery of orders as well as efficiently and accurately handling the movement of incoming and outgoing stock for the warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are executed safely and on time
• Accurately load outgoing stock, ensuring all items correspond to paperwork
• Acquire all necessary signatures/payments for each delivery
• Assist with dispatching and receiving stock to the warehouse facility
• Assist with organising the warehouse to ensure tidiness and orderliness at all times
• Assist with inventory counts as required
• Assist in other areas of the company as needed

Requirements

• A valid Light Goods or Heavy-Duty License is an asset
• Experience in providing excellent customer service
• Experience in executing or assisting with deliveries would be an asset
• Organised and efficient with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30lbs
• Ability to work weekends
