Aufgaben

Aufgaben

  • Personelle, pädagogische und organisatorische Führung der Sekundar- und Realschule mit
    • Rund 40 Lehrpersonen und Assistenzen
    • ca. 260 Schüler:innen
    • 14 Abteilungen
  • Förderung eines angenehmen Lehr- und Lernklimas
  • Verantwortung für die Qualitäts- und Unterrichtsentwicklung der Sereal
  • Weiterentwicklung des Teams unter Berücksichtigung der Ressourcen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Schulleitungen, der Gesamtschulleiterin, der Schulsozialarbeit und den externen Stellen


Anforderungen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Schulleitungsausbildung oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah zu absolvieren
  • Führungs- und Unterrichtserfahrung, idealerweise auf der Oberstufe
  • Hohe Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz und eine ausgeprägte Kooperations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Wertschätzendes und ressourcenorientiertes Führungsverständnis
  • Freude daran, Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozesse anzustossen, weiterzuführen und nachhaltig zu begleiten

The Department of Economic and Internal Affairs deals with important matters for the smooth functioning of the state, the economy and society as a whole. Amongst other things it is responsible for the areas of justice, the police, communes and the economy.

Its staff deals with questions of spatial planning, energy, transport infrastructures and environmental concerns

State Chancellery

The State Chancellery supports the Aargau Government Council in terms of strategy, operational and legal affairs and communication. The focus of its activities lies in the optimization of the scope of activities of the Government Council.
