The Land Network Integration Centre (LNIC) is responsible for ensuring Army’s digital and communications capabilities are interoperable across Land, Joint and Coalition environments. Supporting the Land Combat System, the team provides integration governance, standards management, systems modelling, verification and validation activities to ensure Defence capabilities operate cohesively within the future Integrated Force.
An opportunity exists for an experienced Standards Management Specialist to support the development, governance and implementation of C4 and tactical communications standards across the Land domain. Working within the LNIC Standards Management team, the successful candidate will provide technical expertise relating to digital integration, tactical communications networks, interoperability standards and systems interface requirements across complex Defence environments.

This is a highly specialised Defence integration role requiring strong knowledge of communications engineering, tactical networks, digital interoperability and Defence systems integration within secure and operationally focused environments.
You are an experienced communications engineering or Defence integration professional with a strong understanding of tactical communications, C4 interoperability and digital integration within complex Defence environments. You have the ability to translate highly technical standards concepts into practical capability outcomes for military, technical and business stakeholders.
You will ideally bring experience across:
The successful candidate will be comfortable facilitating technical working groups, engaging with senior Defence stakeholders, and providing authoritative standards advice to capability acquisition and sustainment projects.
An NV1 clearance is required for this role.
