Job Description: Vibe Business Analyst / Product Owner (AI, Mortgage & Fraud)

The Vibe Business Analyst / Product Owner partners with business, technology, and data teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve decision-making, automation, and operational efficiency. This role bridges business needs with technology capabilities, driving initiatives across Mortgage and Fraud platforms

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to define and deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear product features or user stories.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data analytics to improve business processes.
• Work closely with data, engineering, and product teams to support the development and implementation of solutions.
• Analyze business and operational data to provide insights that support decision-making.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize requirements, and support agile delivery processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and business impacts of technology changes.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Mortgage or Fraud business processes and systems

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in financial services or technology.
• Strong understanding of AI/analytics-driven solutions and data-driven decision making
• Experience working in Mortgage lending or Fraud detection/prevention domains
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 35,000

Maximum Compensation: USD 125,000

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
