Stand-Up Forklift
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Pay: $17.00
Hours: Monday – Friday, hours vary from 7a – 4:30pm
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with Stand-Up Forklift experience to join our dynamic team! This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to ensure our gear gets delivered directly into the hands of off-road enthusiasts, fueling their next adventure.
Responsibilities
• Order Fulfillment Ace: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to customers across aftermarket, OE, and warranty departments.
◦ Warehouse Maestro: Safely receive, store, and organize products and materials within our warehouse, keeping everything flowing smoothly using our Warehouse Management System.
◦ Logistics Liaison: Load and unload trailers, ensuring safe and efficient product movement.
◦ Teamwork Champion: Collaborate effectively with the Warehouse Manager, Supervisors, and Shipping Lead to achieve departmental and company goals.
Qualifications
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience with strong math and communication skills.
• Stand-Up forklift operator experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.
• Embrace a team environment and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve a common goal.
• Have a minimum of 6 months' experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Demonstrate strong physical abilities, including lifting, up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Are proficient in operating various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines.
• Possess basic computer skills with a working knowledge of warehouse management systems and scanning equipment.
