• Keep lines flying: train and motivate the crew to crush wait times and deliver spotless service.
• Coach constantly: give regular, specific feedback and build smart weekly schedules that balance labor costs with lightning-fast lines.
• Guard the cash & gear: track deposits, change funds, inventory, and equipment like a hawk.
• Fuel the culture: run huddles, team events, and bring the fun every shift.
• Drive compliance: own health-code standards and develop the next generation of leaders.
• Execute directives: turn upper-management goals into action, delegating and following up.

Flex Schedule

• Anywhere between 5 a.m. opens and 11:30 p.m. closes.
• Off-clock pit stops happen—swing by when coaching, paperwork, or emergency call.
• Expect weekends, holidays, and on-call moments.

What It Takes

• Magnetic people skills and proven leadership of 40+ teammates.
• Calm, quick hands around hot liquids, outdoor weather, and 50-lb lifts.
• Endurance to stand, bend, climb, and navigate drive-thru traffic for hours.
