• Own and grow the business performance of the assigned territory, delivering sales and profitability targets.
• Develop, maintain and grow existing and potential dealers based on their business potential and strategic importance.
• Develop dealer business plans and drive actions to increase turnover, sell-out, product penetration and Bosch share of wallet.
• Translate Bosch Professional strategy into effective field execution and ensure successful implementation of commercial initiatives.
• Monitor market dynamics, customer needs and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Take active responsibility for dealer financial health, including credit exposure, payment performance and collection of outstanding receivables.
• Build strong relationships with professional end users to generate new business opportunities and gain deep market insights.
• Effectively orchestrate Bosch digital tools, resources and cross-functional teams to maximize business impact in the territory.
• Act as a trusted business partner to dealers, combining a strong commercial mindset with a long-term partnership approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in sales, dealer management, key account management or business development.
• Strong commercial, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to turn market insights into concrete business actions.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with digital sales and business tools.
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Native or near-native fluency in Turkish is essential.
