Job Description

The Stakeholder & Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing operational strategies, managing resources, and driving performance across multiple project delivery functions. This role is critical in maintaining project timelines, performance targets, and governance requirements within a complex and dynamic project environment.
  • Lead and coordinate operational activities across project delivery functions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and schedules.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, manage resources, and supervise teams and contractors for efficient project execution.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, implementing improvement actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and HSE standards, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and operational updates, fostering effective collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, issues, and constraints, supporting the implementation of robust mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate interfaces across disciplines, functions, and project stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Supervise and mentor operational teams and contractors, promoting a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain alignment of operational activities with project delivery schedules, milestones, and performance targets.
  • Assignment: 5 months 
  • 20+ years of experience in operations, project delivery, stakeholder coordination, resource management, and performance oversight in complex infrastructure or mega-project environments.
  • Proven track record in coordinating operational activities, managing teams and contractors, and supporting delivery alignment across multiple project workstreams.
  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction programs, including interface coordination, risk management, reporting, and HSE compliance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and coordination abilities, fostering effective relationships.
  • Sound problem-solving, decision-making, and issue-resolution capabilities, managing competing priorities effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of project delivery processes, operational governance, and performance management frameworks.
  • Proficiency in HSE requirements, compliance obligations, and operational control processes, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Expertise in reporting, performance tracking, dashboards, and operational management tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and support continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
