
This role focuses on stakeholder and interface management to support successful project delivery. It involves maintaining a comprehensive stakeholder register, acting as the primary point of contact with external parties, and managing relationships to understand and address their needs and concerns. Responsibilities include developing interface management plans, coordinating approvals and permits, handling communications with clients and authorities, and tracking risks and issue resolution. The position also requires preparing regular reports, ensuring effective information flow among all parties, supporting procurement activities, and fostering collaboration across teams while maintaining compliance with organizational quality, safety, and environmental standards.
